DO ANY SKIN LIGHTENING CREAMS WORK ON MIXED RACE PEOPLE AND r SAFE?
There is NO cream which is safe. The ones you find in markets and so on are full of toxic chemicals which will poison you and could cause cancer years, even decades, down the line. I don't like my skin colour either (I'm pasty white) but I wouldn't use chemicals to change it, ever.
Reply:I kinda like the one Michael Jackson used. It worked a treat!
Reply:ask Micheal Jackson

Reply:ok, being white - I don't understand this and I'm not trying to be an @ss - I just really DON'T understand; but: Why do you want to use skin lightening cream?

Ed: hi chick; so if you don't have a dodgy skin tone - and you just look "even"; why do you need to change? Surely you'd only want to do this to even out any dodgy tones? I'm sorry I still can't answer your q - but thank-you for answering mine. Good luck in your hunt.
Reply:How do mixed people supposed to look , my niece is mixed and has a white skin tone and curly, coarse alomst black folk hair. Both of my kids are mixed but look mexican, puerto rican or indian. so instead of changing what you look like try talking to a counselor about your self-esteem issues.
Reply:skin lightening has always been criticized than skin tanning without realizing that skin tanning AND skin lightening have the same objectives - better self esteem and correcting uneven skin tone.. the only difference is one's cultural identity and preferences.. and statistically, there's more danger to skin tanning than skin whitening.. it's rude to judge somebody's wants and needs when all one has to do is to respect it..

yes, there are skin lightening products for all skin types which are safe and effective.. here's a good source -
Reply:So what if you don't look mixed race! We all obviously will not look like we just stepped out of a vat of caramel because we look like a combination of our *PARENTS*. If you have two dark parents and 4 dark grandparents, then guess what, you're going to look dark despite what your mixed with. It's called genetics, honey.

I'm mixed-race, too, and people never get what I am right. They think I'm a southern Indian, but I'm nowhere near Asian. Do I let it bother me? No. Have tried to lighten my skin color to that of my mother's? Hell no. I'm a darker beauty who's with her skin color.

Never lighten your skin. Never. Ever. Lighten. Your Skin. Especially for such an asinine reason that you gave.

You'll grow into yourself soon, but do not touch any whitening creams of any sort. They do more harm than good physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Reply:no the ones that are safe dont work, they used to use ones with dangerous chemicals in them, i worked for a company that exported them to nigeria, but i think the products would be banned these days.

i know u dont want to hear it but nothing is going to lighten your skin that much, make the most of it, and yes be proud, a lot of people pay money and risk skin cancer to make themselves darker.
Reply:yeah try diana stalder products. They have the best skin whitening and lower price as well...you can check customers feedback and photos as well....
